We thoroughly clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, and shared spaces before each event. The lodge is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness with routine deep cleaning. Trash is removed promptly, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. Guests are expected to tidy up after their event, and a post-event walkthrough is conducted to ensure everything is in order.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
