About the Space
Clean, open layout, single family home with a lot of possibilities. Plenty of room for video or photo equipment, any room of the house is open for discussion. Home decor is primarily grey and white so many colors can be tied in to match or decor can be changed as well. Master bedroom with vanity bathroom, cal king bed and shower, spare room with queen bed, 3rd bedroom is the nerd-cave/office. Guest bathroom centrally located in the main hall will be the main one used (shows in photos). Back yard is large and open with clean landscaping and a hot tub. There is a sail shade over the rear slider and the hot tub has a privacy screen/roof that is adjustable for either side of the unit. Back yard furniture can be removed/replaced or used as-is. Hill in the back yard is also an option for any other needs. Front yard has a nice front porch with seating area. Home owner has 2 classic custom cars that are also options for photo/video as well upon request. Side of the home has an enclosed outdoor gym that can be used as well. Single occupant living at this home and very flexible of clientele to rent the space.

I have a small crew that comes in to clean the place after bookings that do a (deep clean) from the shoots. On a regualr basis I have a cleaning person come for personal upkeep of the home and to maintain the cleanliness of the home. Single occupant so the home maintains a high level of cleanliness.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
