🧼 Professional Cleaning Between Every Booking We take cleanliness seriously to ensure that every guest walks into a spotless, production-ready space. Our loft is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each rental, with special attention paid to high-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and all common zones. You can expect: • Thorough sweeping, mopping, and surface disinfecting • Sanitized bathrooms stocked with essentials • Clean and reset outdoor kitchen area • Trash removal and floor cleaning before each shoot • Optional add-on cleaning during long shoot days (upon request) We kindly ask that guests remove all trash and personal belongings at the end of the rental and leave the space in the condition it was found. Excess mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees. Your production team deserves a clean, professional environment—we make sure it’s ready for you.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
