Our fully equipped 1,800-square-foot studio features double CYC walls (24' x 15'), a full-service production kitchen, a spacious greenroom, a double hair and makeup room, and dedicated power sources for high-energy equipment. The space also includes a 10-seat conference table, making it ideal for production planning, client meetings, and creative brainstorming. Enjoy convenient access with free, gated on-site parking, ensuring hassle-free loading and unloading. We also provide access to top-of-the-line lighting, audio, and grip equipment for rent on-site, eliminating the need to transport gear and making it easier to bring your vision to life.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Before and after each booking, all surfaces are disinfected. Floors are swept and the space is fully ventilated (doors and windows opened) between use. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Kitchen sinks and faucet handles are disinfected and fridge is emptied, if necessary. Trash is taken out.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
