Designed to seat up to 12, it’s equipped with high-speed WiFi, an HD TV with ClickShare, integrated Bluetooth audio, a whiteboard, and full video conferencing capabilities. Guests are also welcome to enjoy The Auction Hall, our spacious members’ lounge, throughout their visit. There, they’ll find artisan coffee from our bean-to-cup machine, luxury teas, and healthy snacks — creating the perfect setting for informal breakout time or moments of pause between discussions. Professional, high-spec, and hospitality-aware — the New Town Boardroom supports impactful conversations in a beautifully considered environment. The space forms part of The Auction Rooms by MOTA — a premium, design-led workspace in Edinburgh’s New Town. Thoughtfully restored in collaboration with award-winning designers, The Auction Rooms was named a finalist in the 2025 Scottish Design Awards, recognised for its excellence in workspace design and the architectural reinvention of a historic building.
