We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each booking, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. All linens, towels, and bedding are freshly laundered before each stay. Bathrooms and the kitchen are deep cleaned, and the hot tub and pool are maintained regularly by professionals (pool is seasonal). We ask that guests leave the space in good condition and return any moved furniture or items to their original placement.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
