Once an original working farmhouse, this home has witnessed the town grow and evolve around it for over a century. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, moody, cottagecore atmosphere — curated with period-appropriate paint colors and decor that honor its roots. The original wood floors, untouched and over 100 years old, pair with natural wood trim and architectural details that have remained unpainted through generations. This space is ideal for film and television shoots, photo sessions, commercial projects, and documentary-style interviews. We welcome creative, professional uses and are happy to discuss how our home might suit your vision. Available areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom with en suite, and the charming front porch. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
