About Coconut Smugglers Lounge
Do you need a bit of the tropics for your next shoot? Welcome to the Coconut Smugglers lounge, a home tiki bar that has been painstakingly decorated and lit to transport you to an island vacation. The space is decorated in 60s and 70s decor and contains a U-shaped bar and stools, a sofa, a coffee table, display furniture, and a dining table. The light bulb colors can be adjusted via remote, and the garage door can be opened to allow natural light. The bar is located in a detached garage in the owner's private yard and measures 19'x13'x8'. There is a dedicated electrical panel, sink with hot and cold water, plenty of outlets, and a heater for winter months. There is an access point next to the bar where equipment can be loaded, and ample all-day street parking. There is not a bathroom within the space, but use of the main house bathroom can be arranged.

The space is thoroughly cleaned after each use: surfaces are wiped with disinfectant, floors are vacuumed, glass surfaces are cleaned.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
