Located in Vancouver's Gastown district and built in 1886, The Warehouse Studio is the city's oldest brick building. Nestled in the historic district, there are multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops and transit stations well within walking distance from our location. The control room includes a classic SSL console and attached isolation booth that is viewable from the lounge if desired. Free parking is available in our adjacent courtyard or the full courtyard can be booked for an additional fee. Should you opt to use the entire courtyard for staging, craft services or another service for your production, street parking is available as well as a large parkade directly behind the building. Should staff prefer to take transit, there are multiple bus stops nearby and we are a 15 minute walk from Waterfront Station.

Between bookings, our team resets and sanitizes all studio areas to maintain a clean, professional environment. This includes removing trash, wiping down all high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, switches), and resetting furniture to its original layout. Studio floors are swept or vacuumed, and kitchen/lounge areas are wiped, disinfected, and restocked as needed. Washrooms are sanitized, bins emptied, and supplies refilled. A final walkthrough ensures cleanliness, proper scent, and readiness for the next guest, with extra care taken to preserve the integrity of our heritage space and sensitive equipment.
