🧼 Our Cleaning Process – Mike Lewis Studios We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. All high-touch surfaces (door handles, chairs, tables, equipment) are wiped down with Lysol disinfectant and Lysol wipes after each booking. The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every guest. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available on-site for your use during the session. We allow adequate buffer time between bookings to complete a full clean and reset of the space. Your safety and comfort are our priority—we prepare the space like we’re welcoming our own team in.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
