A purpose-built production studio in Frankfurt with 224 m² of uninterrupted shooting floor – more contiguous space than any other rental studio in the city – under a 6.5 m ceiling (5.75 m clear below the beam). The hall is fully blacked out with no daylight spill, climate-controlled, and equipped with continuous truss runs at 5 m for rigging lights, backdrops and overhead cameras.
What works here: tabletop, food, liquids and product cinematography, high-speed shoots up to 2,000 fps, motion control sequences, stills campaigns, e-commerce runs and any set that needs drive-in access. Cars, vans and pallet deliveries roll straight through the 3.40 × 4.30 m gate onto a steel-fibre concrete floor rated for 5 t forklift traffic.
Layout: the main hall carries an 11 m wide, 4 m high white cyclorama at one end, with the open floor in front for multi-set builds or a single large stage. A 46 m² conference room on the ground floor serves as client lounge, briefing space or video village. The dedicated food-prep area has a counter, cooking surface, shelving and a commercial-grade dishwasher – built for food stylists, not improvised. Separate WCs and bathrooms, offices upstairs.
On-site motion control on request: MRMC Bolt high-speed cinebot, a motion-control slider and a custom industrial robot arm, with operator. Highspeed cameras and lighting packages available. Three-phase CEE power throughout, up to 42 kW.
Connectivity that keeps up with 8K workflows: dedicated fibre internet at 2,000 Mbit/s down and 1,000 Mbit/s up for on-set uploads, remote client viewing and live review. Four parking spaces at the door, one minute to the A661 and A5, about 18 minutes from the airport and 21 from the main station by car.
Day rate covers a 10-hour production day. Half days on request. Precision, speed and cinematic quality – all under one roof.
