Caretaking Services
We include a professional cleaning service between every booking — this is built into the hourly or full-day rate. The space is thoroughly swept, mopped, disinfected, and reset before each new event to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. We do ask that guests complete a basic cleanup before leaving. This includes removing any items you brought in (such as dishes, décor, and garbage) and returning the space to the condition it was in when you arrived. Our team handles all the deep cleaning — we just ask for your help with the light stuff!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
