About the Space
Enjoy a light filled grande space on 5.9 spacious acres close proximity to Daniel Island(0.7 miles to DI Marina) the kitchen is brand new with panel ready appliances, white glass backsplash, and floor to ceiling windows. The living room is vaulted approx 25 ft tall ceilings with views of the marsh and Clouter Creek. There is close proximity to 526 so you can hear some highway noise outside. I personally don’t hear the highway inside the home. We do not have a dock(waiting on permits)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
