We take great pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all our guests. Each tent and casita is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed before every booking. Our cleaning process includes: Deep cleaning of all indoor areas, including surfaces, furniture, and floors Fresh linens, towels, and bedding for each new guest Sanitizing of high-touch surfaces such as light switches, handles, and remote controls Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and restrooms with eco-friendly disinfectants Outdoor areas (decks, seating, firepit area) are swept and tidied Trash is removed and bins are sanitized We use natural, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible to protect both your health and the delicate desert environment. If you have any special cleaning requests or sensitivities, feel free to reach out in advance — we're happy to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
