Maison Silver Lake is a newly reimagined retail and event venue built for brands, productions, and private gatherings that want style and impact. Located directly on Silver Lake Blvd, the property offers elite street visibility and multiple rentable zones, including five interior rooms, a courtyard, and a rooftop deck (coming soon) with panoramic views. The layout can be used as one open venue (over 1,725 sq ft) or divided for activations, pop-ups, and simultaneous productions. Inside, every room is professionally designed with reclaimed wood floors, antique mirrors, curated artwork, and vintage furnishings. The space has strong lighting, gallery-style display areas in it’s front boutique area in addition to modular layouts ideal for brand showcases, photo/video shoots, or private events. For the base rate, you will enjoy the boutique room with prime street visibility, a vitrine room with elegant wood furniture, French-style restroom, and an Italian-inspired private room for hosting or office. For an additional fee, the venue can also include a workshop room and studio area with fridge and sink that makes food prep possible. For another additional fee, you can rent our open air courtyard as well! Please inquire. Guests have access to free street and metered parking, with valet service available upon request. For security, Maison Silver Lake is equipped with a 32-camera surveillance system, high-security concrete vault, and optional on-site security guards. We work with a professional cleaner who prepares the space thoroughly before each booking. Her process includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting high-touch surfaces (like doorknobs, light switches, and countertops), and sanitizing the kitchenette and bathroom. Trash is removed and bins are refreshed with clean liners. We take pride in offering a clean, well-maintained environment for every guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
