Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest enjoys a safe, comfortable experience. Here’s how we prepare the space before each booking: • All high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and restrooms) are thoroughly wiped down and disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. • Dining tables and chairs (indoor and outdoor) are sanitized after every use, including table surfaces, backs, and armrests. • The floor is vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant solution before each event. • Restrooms are deep-cleaned and fully stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. • Outdoor furniture and commonly touched surfaces (like patio tables, handles, and railings) are cleaned and disinfected. • Fresh trash liners are placed in all bins, and previous trash is removed from the premises. • We allow ample time between bookings to air out and properly reset the space. • Optional hand sanitizer is placed at entry areas when available. Our goal is to provide a fresh, spotless, and worry-free environment every time.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
