The Hive is cleaned regularly with non-toxic, fragrance-free products that are gentle on the nervous system and safe for sensitive guests. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are maintained between rentals. We ask all guests to return the space to its original condition before departure. This includes: - Removing all personal items, signage, and decorations - Wiping down surfaces if food or drink was served - Throwing away all trash in the provided bins - Resetting furniture to its original layout We do not charge a separate cleaning fee unless the space is left in poor condition or requires extra remediation. If your event involves food, craft supplies, or more than 15 guests, we recommend adding a buffer to your booking time to allow for cleanup. We’re happy to walk through expectations in advance to make your rental smooth and stress-free. This is a shared, sacred space—and when everyone treats it with care, it continues to feel nourishing for all who enter.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
