Welcome to Your Private Poolside Escape! This backyard oasis is perfect for relaxing swims, family gatherings, birthdays, and small celebrations. The sparkling pool is surrounded by lounge areas for sunbathing, games, or enjoying food and drinks. Guests also have access to the basement area, which includes a kitchen, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for cooling off, meal prep, or hanging out between swims. A restroom is conveniently located in the basement to keep the main house private. The space is designed for flexibility—whether you’re planning a chill afternoon with friends, a fun kids’ pool day, or an intimate celebration. Outdoor seating, shaded areas, and safety features (including outdoor security cameras) help create a comfortable and secure experience. Parking for 8–10 cars is available, and for larger groups, rideshare is recommended.

We take extra care to keep our pool crystal clear and safe for every guest. After each booking: • The pool is skimmed to remove leaves and debris. • Water quality and chemical balance are checked and adjusted for safe swimming. • The pool deck and surrounding seating areas are swept and sanitized. • Safety checks are done to ensure all pool equipment is in good working order. We treat our pool like it’s our own personal retreat—so you can dive in with confidence and enjoy a clean, refreshing swim every time.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
