This outdoor space has a very nice view . Tucked away in a quiet cove .. There is an upper deck and a lower deck and a 1800 sq fenced in yard space . Perfect for small gatherings up to 30 people. We’ve hosted adult birthday parties ,themed events and micro weddings here . Both decks have soft seating . Event furniture rentals are available for an additional fee. There is an enclosed patio area as well. There is a fire pit on the lower deck. At night , there are string lights and up lighting available suitable for any event . There is a swing at the waters edge 2 people can fit on.Handwashing stations . Microwedding /Social event Add ons: Outdoor restroom trailer available for events -additional fees apply . $1000 for an all day event -$1275 for the weekend . -Tent ,tables, chairs & decor available for extra fees -Decor packages available -flowers ,arches ,candles and backdrops -Photo Booth -DJ -dance floor -photography $4,000 all inclusive package promo until November 8.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
