Trash & Recycling Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the bins provided. Please separate recyclables from general waste. Furniture & Decor Return all furniture, cushions, and decor to their original positions. Do not drag furniture—lift to avoid damaging surfaces. Floors & Surfaces Sweep or spot-clean any spills or debris on floors and tables. Wipe down high-touch surfaces (e.g., tables, countertops). Kitchen/Bar Area (if used) Clean any used dishes or glassware. Wipe down counters and empty any coolers. Restroom (if applicable) Please ensure the restroom is left tidy and all trash is removed. Leftover Items Take all personal items, décor, and catering supplies with you. Time Management Clean-up must be completed within your rental time slot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
