Film Location includes a 22,600 gallon salt-water pool with waterfall, loveseat and large sun-shelf, plus 6 lounge chairs, large round wrought-iron table with 8 chairs, a dual-lounger, a couch and two swivel chairs - all with pads. Several patio umbrellas are also included. The tiki bar has 4 bar stools, a wet bar (sink) and small refrigerator, a flat screen TV, Bluetooth enabled BOSE stereo system and a Professional grade grill. The pool house is usable (and has a curtained changing area, but there are pool chemicals and other supplies in there as well.) The paver patio is extensive - very large.

A professional pool technician tests pool chemicals and adds necessary chemicals. The pool is swept and vacuumed before bookings. All tables/surfaces are disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
