This is a large, shared collective studio space with a florist and an artist. This 3500 sq ft industrial/urban basement conveniently located at the corner of Water Street and Washington St. is fully customizable and includes everything you need for a fun party or event of up to 50 people with dinner seating for 24. You can bring in more tables, we are happy to coordinate rentals-there's lots of room! With concrete floors, the space can handle creative events that might make a mess but it works well for elevated activities with an industrial edge as well. Music, tastings, dancing, art, celebrations of all kinds, the space is ready for you to make it your own. Bring your food, bring your beverages and have a good time. Space includes: -Two large, live-edge redwood communal tables on wheels that can be utilized where needed. They each seat 12 people comfortably. Other tables and chairs can be rented. We are happy to coordinate. -Moveable 6 foot bar with three bar stools. -A moveable lounge area with a couch, two chairs, two poofs and a coffee table. End tables are available as well as additional rugs and another arm chair. The front area is often used as a floral design studio but takes up little room. There is an industrial sink and a single door flower cooler which can be used for other items such as beverages or snacks. A small shelving area can display your items or ours.
