We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and welcoming stay for all our guests. Here's what you can expect from our cleaning routine: -Thorough Cleaning Between Stays After each guest departs, we clean every room from top to bottom. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces. -Fresh Linens and Towels All bedding and towels are laundered at high temperatures. We provide clean, neatly made beds and plenty of fresh towels for every new stay. -High-Touch Areas Disinfected Special attention is given to high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, handles, and appliance controls—we disinfect these thoroughly. -Quality Cleaning Products We use effective, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible—safe for people, pets, and the environment. -Final Inspection Before check-in, we do a walk-through to make sure everything is spotless and ready for your arrival.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
