Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every booking to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. We disinfect all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, equipment, and furniture. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as needed, and all trash is removed and disposed of properly. Makeup and vanity areas are wiped down and sanitized, and restrooms (located outside the unit) are monitored regularly. We also provide basic cleaning supplies on-site for guests to use during their booking to maintain tidiness throughout their session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
