Recently remodeled home featuring tall glass windows, light and bright. It has 2 linear fireplaces, one up stairs and one downstairs, brand new flooring, paint and 2 new bathrooms. The Primary bedroom is a semi suite with office, huge walk in closet and balcony over the pool. The backyard is secluded and features a putting green, and large BBQ island, pool and jacuzzi. The living room has a pool table and large TV. The list of activities this home would be useful for are endless, but any photo shoots for “California palm tree, poolside event, putting green scenery, warm cozy fireplace scenes, modern office with kitchenette/bar, cooking scenery as we have a very large island. We also have a beautiful balcony if you are looking to sip coffee and indulge in the sunrise. Lastly, we have a very cute Bichon that is super photogenic.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
