Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between bookings following local health guidelines. High-touch surfaces are sanitized, soft materials are cleaned or removed, and time is scheduled between guests for enhanced cleaning. We provide hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, disposable masks, and gloves. To support physical distancing, we've limited capacity, improved ventilation with HEPA filters and outdoor access, and reconfigured the layout. Clear signage, including cleaning checklists and distancing markers, helps keep guests informed and safe.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
