We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe, polished, and professional experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned before and after every booking, including: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, light switches, and restrooms Sweeping and mopping all floors to maintain a gallery-grade finish Wiping down furniture, fixtures, and gallery walls Trash removal and sanitizing of all guest-accessible areas We kindly ask guests to leave the space as they found it and to remove all personal items and trash by the end of their booking. For larger events or productions, a cleaning fee may apply depending on scale — please inquire if you're unsure.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
