The space holds a photography studio, event venue, and two Airbnb units and is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, very small corporate events, weddings, Family gatherings, bridal shower, baby showers, engagement party, film shoot, pop-up, and workshops. The Airbnb units are booked through Airbnb. Located downtown in small, safe community. Owners do have an apartment on the second floor. Lower level - speakeasy style event space for 15 people and Airbnb 1st floor - photography studio and event space, The space has a Romantic, storybook elegance with city sophistication setting with the ivy covered stone facade, exposed brick walls, crystal chandeliers, fireplace mantels, black and white tile floor and so many more cool features.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
