They don’t just “clean”—they reset the space to feel fresh, welcoming, and safe. ✅ Top-to-Bottom Sanitization All high-touch surfaces (light switches, remote controls, doorknobs, faucets) are disinfected thoroughly using EPA-approved, eco-friendly products that are both effective and safe for sensitive skin. ✅ Luxury Linens, Always Fresh All bedding—including duvet covers, shams, and blankets—is laundered after every guest. Towels are professionally cleaned and replaced as needed to ensure that soft, spa-like feel every time. ✅ Wellness-Focused Touches We use low-fragrance, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible to maintain indoor air quality and protect sensitive guests. Our HVAC system is brand-new and includes air purification for year-round comfort. ✅ Final Walkthroughs & Personal Inspection Before you arrive, a member of our team conducts a detailed walkthrough to ensure everything is spotless, stocked, and aligned with Casa de Ice’s hospitality standards. If something feels “off,” we reset it. Period.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
