The open layout features a cozy lounge area, a clean backdrop wall for photo or video shoots, and flexible seating options that can be easily rearranged for interviews or podcasts. The space is intimate and versatile — whether you're shooting content, recording a podcast, or hosting a small creative session, each corner can be styled to match your vision. This oasis includes abundant natural light, thoughtfully curated Boho minimalist decor, and moveable furniture for flexibility. We offer a Bluetooth speaker, high-speed Wi-Fi, and props like plants, throws, and textured rugs to enhance your shoot. You’ll also find a private restroom, a small kitchenette, and plenty of style in every corner. BONUS features: Our oasis extends to the yard space with a rustic treehouse fort that’s available for the young and young-at-heart. We have a peach tree for you to enjoy during the summer season and plenty of space to ground or enjoy some Vitamin D.

We utilize a professional cleaning service, On the Spot Cleans, in between bookings to ensure the property is clean and ready for each booking. High touch areas are sanitized and air filters are changed regularly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
