The open layout can be set up with tables and seating for 20 guests or left open for wellness activities like yoga or meditation. Features include a 70” TV for presentations, high-speed WiFi, a private restroom, free onsite and street parking, and wheelchair access. The clean, minimalist design with natural light makes it ideal for professional, creative, and wellness gatherings. Flexible booking options allow you to customize the setup to fit your needs.

Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. All high-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and equipment are disinfected using professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and trash is removed promptly. Hand sanitizer is available for guests, and we ensure the space is fresh, tidy, and ready for your event or meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
