We welcome our space to folks looking for a location for a music video, content shoot, or video shoot. We are also available for events, rehersals, etc. Our space is quite large at 1700 Square feet, and is more than big enough for events of all kinds, and larger music video shoots. Please reach out with the type of event you are looking to host and we can give you a negotiable price based on the type of event that you are looking to host. We rent out just our cyc wall for shoots, as well as our entire warehouse space for larger shoots and events.

We extensively clean our space between every single listing. Our furniture is wiped down. We also repaint our cyc wall between every shoot for the cleanest and most professional look we can possibly achieve.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
