This location is a photo/audio production space that can also be used to host events. Studios are equipped with speakers, microphones, and analog gear. Photo room is equipped with lighting and a prep room. If booking for an event all spaces are accessible. DJ Set up allowed and space is equipped with a mini kitchen area: microwave, toaster oven, and prep table

area is cleaned on a daily basis with or without bookings. Paper towels, disinfectant wipes, soap, trashbags, and cups are available to the guests as well.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
