Kitchen Cleaning Procedure — Goldbar at 79 Purpose: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment that meets local health department regulations. 1. General Rules Always wash your hands before and after cleaning. Wear PPE: gloves, apron, and non-slip shoes. Use food-safe cleaning products in all prep areas. Never mix chemicals (especially bleach and ammonia). Empty trash before starting floor cleaning to prevent re-contamination. 2. Cleaning Schedule Overview After Every Use / Ongoing Wipe prep surfaces with sanitizer after each task. Wash knives, utensils, and cutting boards immediately after use. Sweep floors if debris or spills occur. Change sanitizer buckets every 2 hours or when visibly dirty. End of Day (Daily Deep Clean) Prep Areas & Equipment Turn off & unplug small appliances before cleaning. Wipe down all counters, prep tables, and shelves with hot soapy water → rinse → sanitize. Clean cooking equipment (grill, burners, fryer) — scrape off food debris, wash removable parts in a 3-compartment sink, and wipe the exterior. Empty and sanitize hot holding & cold storage surfaces (wipe spills inside fridges/freezers). Dishes & Utensils 5. Wash in 3-compartment sink: Wash → Rinse → Sanitize → Air dry (never towel dry). Floors & Trash 6. Sweep the entire kitchen, then mop with degreasing floor cleaner. 7. Empty all trash & recycling → replace liners → sanitize trash bin lids.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
