About the Space Step into a bright, spacious, and versatile studio designed to bring any creative vision to life. With a clean modern aesthetic and open floor plan, this space is perfect for photographers, content creators, and event hosts alike. Photographers love the abundance of natural light, minimalist backdrop options, and the flexibility to style the studio for maternity, branding, boudoir, family, graduation, newborn, lifestyle, or seasonal mini sessions. The large layout allows for seamless set changes, prop setups, and room for both photographer and client comfort. Beyond photography, the studio’s open design makes it an ideal choice for creative workshops, small gatherings, styled shoots, and content days. Accessibility & Parking Located in the heart of downtown, the studio is easy to access with metered parking in front (free Saturdays–Mondays), free parking behind the building, and additional free street parking within 1–2 blocks. Extra Touches For your peace of mind, a security camera is located in the back left of the building on the shelf, used for protection only. During shoots, it may be turned around or blocked, but we kindly ask it is returned to its proper position before leaving. This is a space where creatives have the freedom to dream, design, and deliver stunning work — whether you’re hosting a single client, running back-to-back minis, or capturing a milestone session.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process To help us keep the studio beautiful for everyone, please follow these simple steps before leaving: Sweep/Vacuum: Use the broom or vacuum to remove any dirt, dust, or debris from the floors. Swiffer/Mop: Run the Swiffer over the floors to pick up any remaining dust and leave surfaces clean. Trash: Gather all trash, food, or disposable items and place them in the designated trash bin. Props/Furniture: Return any props, chairs, or items you used to their original location. Final Check: Make sure the space looks the same as when you arrived.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
