Located on Rooks Road in Vermont, our boutique content studio is the perfect space for creators looking for a clean, private setup. Featuring a beautiful white boucle curved couch that comfortably seats four, paired with soft sheer curtains, the space offers a minimal, high-end aesthetic ideal for podcasts, social content, and personal branding shoots. The studio is fully equipped with LED softboxes, power outlets, extension cords, and a mini fridge stocked with still and sparkling water. A dedicated photography zone includes interchangeable backdrops in Grey, Cream, White, Baby Blue, and Baby Pink. Tucked in a quiet underground facility, the space is compact yet fully functional - with a JBL speaker, mirror, change room, and bathroom access. Open Monday to Saturday, 8AM–7PM.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
