With a foundation dating to 1818, this mansion captures Historical Nashville perfectly with authenticity and character while including all the amenities modern life requires. 12 foot ceilings with pocket doors and hardwood floors throughout. We've hosted a hundred or more events and parties over the last 15 years. From Christmas parties, to large reunions, wedding rehearsals, live performances, CD releases, downtown Bridgestone afterparties, music videos-- we've hosted everyone from local bands and nextdoor neighbors to major acts like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Morgan Wallen, The Black Keys, Margo Price, Luke Bryan, and so many more. We will entertain events of all kinds. We have done events in the hundreds of attendees in the past. Please keep in mind, for larger events a professional security staff is required as well an insurance policy and security deposit. We do not allow events where tickets are sold. A member of staff, or several members will be onsite depending on event sizes. We absolutely will not condone or allow any large out of control parties. We reserve the right to refuse any event for any reason whatsoever. If you rent this space, we will provide all of the neccessities-- security, catering, sound, staff-- and we expect that you will treat this place with the utmost of respect. Understand this place is set up for comfort. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations I would look somewhere else. While we have taken great work to restore the inside, it is still a work in progress.
