Health & Safety at KOHO Your safety is our priority. Here’s how we maintain a clean and comfortable space: Mask Policy: We follow current CDC guidelines. Mask requirements may shift based on public health recommendations or local mandates. Cleanliness: High-touch areas are regularly sanitized, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. Wellness First: We kindly ask guests who are feeling unwell to reschedule their visit for the safety of others. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
