Kingdom Care Office Suites, we are committed to providing every renter with a safe, clean, and professional environment. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness: After Each Guest • We hire professional cleaners who service the office immediately after every rental. • All desks, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected and sanitized. • Floors and carpets are vacuumed and spot-cleaned as needed. • Trash bins are emptied, and liners replaced. • Windows and blinds are checked for dust and wiped as required. Deep Cleaning • In addition to after-use cleaning, a weekly deep cleaning is conducted, which includes: • Full carpet care and stain removal. • Sanitization of baseboards, door handles, and office equipment. • Window cleaning and polish of furniture surfaces. Your Responsibility • Renters are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their booking (e.g., disposing of trash, wiping up spills). • Any damages or excessive mess beyond standard use will result in an additional cleaning fee. With this process, every guest can be assured they are entering a fresh, sanitized, and professional office space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
