Designed as an intimate, atmospheric venue, this space is ideal for creative productions, private gatherings, film shoots, pop-ups, or immersive events. Layout & Flow Entrance lounge: Guests arrive into a moody warehouse setting with warm lighting and flexible seating. Interactive art zone: Our Automated Fortune Telling Machines (AFTMs) invite participants to generate personalized fortunes and digital art projections — a built-in icebreaker for events. Projection “Aquarium”: A large-scale wall projection creates an evolving, ambient centerpiece for group reflection, performances, or photo moments. Flexible floor plan: Open warehouse design with modular furniture allows for seated lounges, standing receptions, or creative set builds. Unique Features & Amenities Immersive projection wall and sound system to set the mood. Interactive digital art installation included with every booking. Speakeasy-style atmosphere: red lanterns, soft lighting, and an underground warehouse aesthetic. Complimentary tea service can be provided upon request for gatherings. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We maintain our space to be clean, comfortable, and guest-ready for every booking. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental, with attention to high-touch areas (doorknobs, seating, restrooms, and interactive art equipment). Trash and recycling bins are provided — guests are expected to bag their own waste and place it near the exit at the end of the booking. Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and furniture is wiped down between events. Restrooms are stocked and sanitized prior to each booking. Projection, lighting, and art equipment are maintained and checked weekly to ensure a smooth experience. We ask all guests to leave the space in the same condition they found it. If you need additional cleaning or reset services, this can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
