Restored Spanish Revival villa set on a half acre brings European vibes to the coast of San Diego. Arched walkways, original moulding and architectural features flooded with natural lighting throughout offer the ideal setting for film and photography. 1950s style kitchen outfitted with terracotta tiles, upscale appliances and a cozy breakfast nook. The outside offers a mixture of mature landscape both raw and manicured.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
