Daily Cleaning All tables, chairs, and bar counters are sanitized before and after service. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped with disinfectant. Glassware, bar tools, and serving utensils are thoroughly washed and polished. Restrooms are cleaned and restocked throughout the evening. Deep Cleaning (Weekly) Upholstery and seating are vacuumed and spot-treated. Light fixtures, décor, and shelves are dusted and disinfected. Bar equipment and appliances are pulled out, scrubbed, and sanitized. Sanitation Standards EPA-approved disinfectants are used on all high-touch surfaces (door handles, railings, menus). Staff follow strict hygiene protocols, including frequent handwashing and use of gloves when needed. The entire space is inspected before opening and after closing to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
