The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between shoots, with extra attention paid to high-touch areas like doorknobs, counters, and light switches. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms are fully disinfected, and the kitchen is scrubbed down and reset. For productions, we also make sure: The backyard and driveway are cleared for easy crew setup. Trash from previous shoots is removed so you start fresh. The space is staged to match listing photos, so crews know exactly what to expect when they arrive. If needed, we can arrange mid-production cleaning or trash pickup for multi-day shoots to keep everything running smoothly.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
