Brand new home designed by the Architect owners to feel like a vacation home in the heart of Los Angeles. Gorgeous Tulum-style design with spectacular views of downtown LA beyond the infinity pool, and peaceful hillside views all around the rest of the house. The entire backyard area is oriented towards the downtown view, and includes a large turf area and a “beach” with a large trampoline and lounge chairs flanked by palm trees for a vacation vibe, as well as another large wood patio on the other side of the pool with a fire pit that surrounded by hillside. The large covered patio has a table for 12 and comfortable chairs around the fireplace, as well as built in space heaters and a BBQ. The front yard is beautifully landscaped with flagstone and desert plants. Lots of parking on a wide street that wraps around 3 sides of the property. Kenneth Hahn park is just up the street. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
