Hello all, This outdoor space is great because it is completely paved with concrete. Which means less bugs and allergies. Space would work for birthdays, paint and sips, family reunions, bbqs, or outdoor camping in the city. Space comes with two indoor bathrooms. See pictures ! There is a grill and a fire extinguisher for safety. Also a water cooler . There is an also a water spigot as a water source. Pets are allowed! Bathroom will have hand soap and toilet paper. For nighttime activities such as camping and night gathering, fire torches and soon to come a fire pit as well.

Back yard will be power washed in between guest. Lysol high touch areas and table and chair will be wiped down. Pillows will be washed in house washing machine.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
