Featuring pitched ceilings (with a central height of 12 feet) and expansive windows, the space offers stunning views of Greenwood Cemetery’s treetops and the New York Harbor — it truly feels like you're living among the trees. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, making it a warm and inviting environment. Located on the third floor of a private building, the studio is accessible via two flights of stairs ( one outside , one inside ) and has a private entrance. (Please note: there is no elevator, so guests must be able to walk up two sets of stairs.) Outside caterers are welcome, but must provide proof of insurance covering the event. General Rules: A staff member will always be on call during your booking. As building owners, we are usually on-site (on the floors below) and happy to assist. However, guests are responsible for keeping the studio clean and respectful of the space. A walkthrough and a friendly Closing Checklist will be provided upon arrival. No smoking anywhere inside the building.
