Our Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming space for every guest. After each reservation, the conference room, lobby, and bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure a fresh start. Surfaces & Touchpoints: All tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are disinfected. Technology: The TV remote, whiteboard markers, and any shared equipment are wiped down. Bathroom: Fully sanitized and stocked with fresh supplies. Floors & Furnishings: Vacuumed, wiped, and refreshed so the space feels inviting. Final Touches: Chairs are reset, décor is straightened, and the environment is staged to match the stylish, Parisian-inspired atmosphere of L’AGENCE. Our goal is for you and your guests to arrive in a space that feels clean, comfortable, and ready to inspire.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
