Before Every Event – The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces, restrooms, furniture, and bar/kitchen areas. After Every Event – A professional cleaning crew resets the space to ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next booking. Sanitization Supplies – Hand sanitizer is available for guests, and additional cleaning supplies can be provided upon request. Deep Cleaning – Regular deep cleans are scheduled to maintain a polished, luxury atmosphere. COVID/Health Safety – We follow NYC guidelines to ensure the space meets health and safety standards for gatherings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
