Our space is professionally cleaned before each event. This includes: Wiping down all surfaces, tables, and counters Sweeping and mopping floors Sanitizing the bathroom(s) and kitchen area Emptying trash bins and replacing liners Ensuring all furniture and equipment are arranged neatly Optional During-Event Cleaning: A site representative is available to manage trash and maintain tidiness during your event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
