Exterior is aspirational with clean lines, attractive minimalist gardening, and a giant old growth tree. First floor "Great Room" with open kitchen/dining/tv space has folding nano doors that open onto a wellness oasis backyard with dark tile rectangular pool, hot tub, Finnish sauna, and cold plunge. Fenced back yard has extremely tall greenery to provide ultimate privacy and visual control of space. Front yard is also fenced and black exterior is ideal for Halloween or Spooky season shoots (BYOPumpkins). House has hosted influencers, short films, feature films, and engagement shoots. Ideal use of spaces to set up for craft services, hair and makeup, and dressing rooms can be shared at walk thru by host. Note that the house is 2300 sq ft but our rental space is probably closer to 1600 sq ft, as there are 2 upstairs (kids') bedroom spaces that we reserve for privacy, and do not open for shoots. Those spaces will be labeled for clarity. (But can be accessed if we need to adjust windows, etc for exterior images, etc). Available space includes: Downstairs: giant great room including kitchen, dining spaces and couch/tv zone. First floor also has bathroom and front office (also works as bedroom). Available space also includes flex space in garage (finished gym space on one side, open on the other) and outdoor yard zones (front and back). Upstairs: spacious primary/master bedroom and bath with free standing tub, walk in shower and double vanity, 2nd floor hallway, hall bathroom, and laundry room. Home has lots of natural light, and is white with some black accents, and light oak floors. Ideal to dress/undress/style and has easy flow of traffic for crew or team. Our last feature film used our house for 4 totally unique locations, and it was seamless. Home owner is industry adjacent and happy to work with teams on planning/use of space for maximum visual value. Note we are a comfortable space for shoots with up to 40 people, but do not recommend more than that as there are only 3 bathrooms.
